For at overføre prægefolien trykkes de 
varme typer/klichéer ned mod en 
ydre flade (emne eller underlag), 
hvorved prægefolie og emne 
trykkes sammen.   
 
Dette sker med en kraft, der kan klemme 
fingre, hvorfor man ALTID skal undgå at 
have disse mellem typeholderen og 
underlaget (evt. emnet).  
 
Prægemaskinen er konstrueret således at 
man nemt kan udskifte prægefolie og 
typeholdere uden at få fingrene mellem 
typeholder og underlag. Der skal ved 
montage tages hensyn til at operatøren 
nemt kan komme til omkring præge-
maskinen. 
 
 
Prægefolie, som er leveret af Elmoprint, 
afgiver ikke dampe ved brug, og 
indeholder ikke tungmetaller. Non-toxic 
certifikat kan rekvireres fra Elmoprint. 
 
 
Prægemaskinen er trykprøvet til 10 bar 
ved den afsluttende test hos Elmoprint og 
må ikke udsættes for højere lufttryk. 

To transfer the coding material, the hot 

types / dies are pressed towards an 
external surface (substrate or counter 
pressure plate), thus pressing the hot 
foil and substrate together. 
 

This pressure can damage fingers, so 
you must make sure, NEVER to have 
your fingers between the typeholder and 
the counterpressure plate. 
 
Your printer has been designed, so you 
can easily exchangen hot foil and 
typeholder without having your fingers 
between the typeholder and counter 
pressure plate. Necessary access around 
the printer, must be concidered, while 
mounting the printer. 
 
 
Hot foil delivered by Elmoprint does not 
release fumes during use and does not 
contain heavy metals. A non-toxicity 
certificate can be ordered from Elmoprint. 
 
 
The printer was tested to 10 bars during 
the final test at Elmoprint and must not be 
exposed to higher pressure.
