Test results are stored in the SENTRY
®
200 memory until they
are erased or the memory capacity is exceeded. Approximately
30,000 accumulated test results can be stored in the memory.
Test results may be reviewed on the SENTRY
®
200 LCD screen.
Warning: To preserve measured data please transfer measured data
to a personal computer and then erase memory to speed up device.
Reviewing test results using the Data Manager includes the
following steps:
1. Beginning on the main screen, use the up or down arrows to
highlight the ‘Data Manager’ line.
2. Press the ‘Select’ key to move to the ’…Data Management’
screen.

From the ‘…Data Management’ screen you can proceed to the ‘View/Print Data’ screen, choose to erase all stored data
(‘Erase Data’) or determine the available memory for storing additional test results

200 Screen
1. Use the up or down arrows to move to select the ‘View Data’
line.
2. Press the ‘View/Print data’ key to move to the ‘…View/Print’
screen.
a. Use the up or down arrows to scroll through the initial ‘...
View/Print’ screen to the second and third ‘…View/Print’
screens.
b. The initial ‘…View/Print’ screen displays the ‘Test Name’,
‘Test Type’, ‘Tech’ and ‘Lot #’ entries for the current
sample.
c. The second ‘…View/Print’ screen displays the ‘Location’,
‘Time’, ‘Date’ and ‘Sample #’ entries for the current
sample.
d. The third ‘…View/Print’ screen displays: ‘Blank #’, ‘Sample mP’, ‘Blank II’ and ‘Blank =’ for the current sample.
e. The fourth ‘…View/Print’ screen displays: ‘Tracer II’ and ‘Tracer =’ for the current sample.
3. Within any ‘…View/Print’ screen you can use the left or right arrows to sequence through the samples for tests
performed on the SENTRY
®
200.
4. Within any ‘…View/Print’ screen you can press the ‘Back’ key to return to the ‘…Data Management’ screen.
5. Within any ‘…View/Print’ screen you can press the ‘Print’ key to print the current measurement on a connected
Bluetooth printer (see ‘Bluetooth’ setup pg. 8 for ‘BT Pairing’).
