Configure the tariff plan correctly by setting

Move the ELKO SmartHub closer to the
thermostat.
Dashboard is blank and the user unable to
see the Smart Tag.
User has not set any Smart Tag as Grid.

Individual Smart Tag data is not available in
dashboard.

Device is offline.

System/SmartHub is unable to receive
data.

Ethernet connection is incorrect.
Restart the device. Also, ensure to correct
the Ethernet connection.
The hourly data is incorrect against real
local time.
Incorrect time configuration as per the
user’s country.
Set correct time zone as per your country.
The ELKO SmartHub LED blinks amber
continuously.

IP address not assigned by the router.
•
There is no internet router yet.
•
Check for a proper internet
connection.
•
The ELKO SmartHub switches to
Discovery mode and tries to capture
unmatched components.
NOTE:
Discovery mode lasts no
longer than 10 minutes.
The Smart Tag LED blinks red rapidly.
Smart Tag has lost connection with the
ELKO Smart Hub.
•
Do a power cycle by switching OFF
and ON the Smart Tag.
•
Ensure that the LED starts blinking
amber and try adding again.
NOTE:
If the LED still blinks red,
replace with a new device and try
adding again.
The Smart Tag LED blinks red continously.
The Smart Tag is not working permanently.
Replace with a new Smart Tag and try
adding again.
The Smart Tag LED is OFF
Smart Tag is probably not powered ON.
Recheck the wiring and power connection of
the Smart Tag and see if gets powered ON.
Try adding the device after it is powered
ON.
If the above mentioned method do not work,
replace the Smart Tag and retry.
The Smart Tag LED blinks orange.
Smart Tag is in discovery mode and is ready
to be connected.
Perform any of the methods:
•
Reduce the distance between the
SmartHub and the device if possible.
Try adding again.
•
Power OFF any other SmartHubs in
the area which have wireless devices
and try adding again.
•
Replace with a new device and try
adding again.
