the calculates it indirectly using mathematical
formulas.
Also, there are several variables not known by
the programme (for example: type of tyre, tyre
width, pressure between tyre and small rollers,
temperature, etc.), which have an affect on the
power generated by the system.
Per these two reasons, the accuracy of the value
displayed is variable and cannot be known priori.
However, it is possible to carry out a calibration
procedure with your own bicycle, if you have an
ergometer*. In being done with your own bicycle,
this procedure enables greater precision and
therefore a reduction in the power measurement
error.

procedure, consult on the Help (press F1) of the
programme in the section of the same name.

NOTE
The presence of high-voltage electric lines,
traffic lights, electric railway lines, bus or tram
electric lines, television sets, automobiles, cycle
computers, gym equipment and mobile phones
inside the operating range of the console, etc., can
be the cause of interference. Therefore the use of
other wireless receivers may alter or completely
inhibit operation of the Wireless Console due to
such interference.
Do not expose the unit and the console to direct
sunlight for long periods when they are not in
use. Check the position and assembly conditions
of the frequency sensor and magnet at regular
intervals.
