4)
Always used wooden or heat resistant utensils.
5)
When cooking is complete, set temperature control to lowest setting to keep food warm
before serving.
6)
To take the griddle to the table for serving, remove the temperature control first.
CAUTION:
Be careful when removing the thermostat probe as the griddle might stay hot for
a while. Always use a pot holder or an oven mitt.
7)
Use plastic, rubber or wood utensils when cooking and serving. If using metal utensils,
be careful not to scrape the nonstick finish.
TIPS:
1)
Use cooking spray when cooking fish, lean meats or vegetables.
2)
When using wooden or bamboo skewers when cooking kebobs, it is highly recommended
to soak the skewers in water for 10 minutes. This will prevent the skewers from
scorching or burning during the cooking process.
WARNING:

Use caution when cooking. Hot oil, grease or juices may splatter when cooking.
-
Do not touch any hot surfaces.
-
Do not attempt to cut food on the griddle during the cooking process.
-
Do not use metal utensils to handle food. This will damage the non-stick coating of
the griddle surface.
