CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

• 

Clean the product after each use.

• 

Set the Temperature Dial to the “OFF” position, unplug the 
Power Cord from the electrical outlet, remove the handle 
from the product, and allow the product to thoroughly 
cool before cleaning.

• 

Drain the excess oil or wipe the interior surface of the  
skillet with a paper towel.

• 

Do not use abrasive scouring pads to clean the product, as 
the non-stick surface may be damaged.

• 

Do not use household bleach to clean the skillet surface, as 

it will permanently fade the non-stick finish.

• 

Clean the skillet with a damp soapy dishcloth.

• 

Do not wash the any part of this product in a dishwasher.

• 

Wash the lid using warm soapy water.

• 

DRY ALL PARTS THOROUGHLY BEFORE OPERATING OR 
STORING THE PRODUCT.

• 

Dry the terminal guard and pins immediately after cleaning 
the skillet.

• 

Store the product in a cool, dry place.

CAUTION:

Do not clean while 
the product is hot and 
while it is plugged 
into an electrical 
outlet. 

Do not pour cold  
water onto the  
product while it is still 
hot as the sudden 
temperature change 
may damage the 
product and create a 

burn/fire hazard.
