HOW TO USE
1. Open the lid by pressing the pulling the lid knob
(Figure 1). Fill the kettle with water. Do not overfill. Be sure
not to exceed the MAX line. To close the lid, push down
until it snaps into place. Always place the 360° swivel base
on a flat, level surface.
2. Place the kettle onto the 360° swivel base (Figure 2). Check
if the voltage at your location is the same as that of the
kettle. Details can be found on the label of the kettle base.
3. Switch the kettle ON by pressing the Power Switch
(Figure 3).
4. After boiling, the kettle switches off automatically.
Disconnect the kettle from the electric supply.
NOTE:
Lime scale forms over
time when water is
heated. It is natural
and harmless, but it
may produce a
powdery substance or
mineral-like chunks
that can get into your
beverages and affect
the taste. The heating
element in this kettle
is designed to help
reduce scale buildup,
the filter helps prevent
particles from pouring
into your beverage.

CAUTION:
Take caution when
opening the lid, the
water is very hot. Wait
a few minutes for
condensation to
evaporate. After
boiling water, the
outside of the kettle
can be very hot. Only
grasp by the handle.
Do not try to lift kettle
body with both hands.
-Do not open the lid
when pouring. If the
kettle is overfilled,
boiling water may be
ejected. The kettle is
only to be used with
the base provided.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
Always disconnect the appliance from the power outlet and
allow to cool completely before cleaning. Never immerse the
base or cord in water or allow moisture in these parts.
Removal Of Mineral Deposits And Lime Scale
Mineral deposits in tap water may cause the kettle interior to
discolor. To remove, use Liquid De-scaler, a non-toxic cleaner OR
1. Fill the kettle with 3 cups of white vinegar and the
remainder with water. Let it stand overnight. DO NOT BOIL!
2. Empty the solution from the kettle, any stains remaining
inside the spout can be removed by rubbing with a damp
cloth. Fill the kettle with water, bring to boil, then discard
the water. Repeat and the kettle will then be ready to use.
3. The outside of the kettle can be wiped with a damp cloth.
Cleaning Appearance Of Housing
Wipe the appearance of housing with a damp cloth or cleaner,
never use harsh chemical cleansers.
CAUTION:
Do not use chemical,
steel, wooden or
abrasive cleaners to
clean the outside of
the kettle.
