boiling may occur scalding. Do
not open or remove the lid while
operating to avoid the risk of burns
or scalding. Keep the lid down and
tightly closed while kettle working to
allow the internal sensor to function
correctly. Failure to do so may result
in overheating, water boiling over
and damage to the kettle.
