4-2 How to Replace Hydraulic Pump
When removing the hose and the fittings, it is
necessary to replace the O-ring, and install properly
according to the specified torque. Refer to Page 6:
“Installation Instructions for Hydraulic Hoses and
Fittings”.
1.
Turn off the power supply.
Electric shock. Touching live
conductor might lead to death or serious injuries. Take
down all ear rings, wrist watch and other jewelries.
2.
Label and loosen the cable on the driving motor.
3.
Drain the hydraulic oil in oil tank thoroughly.
4.
Loosen the clamp for oil tank seam allowance
and protect the oil tank.
5.
Remove the screws on oil tank and avoid
scratching the oil tank.
6.
Level and remove the plastic oil tank, and protect
the inner wall of oil tank seam allowance from
being damaged.
7.
Remove the oil return pipe.
8.
Remove the oil inlet pipe assembly (with filter
screen) of gear pump.
9.
Remove the gear pump (two screws with flat
washers on opposite direction).
10.
Replace the gear pump.
11.
Install oil inlet pipe assembly and pay attention
to thread sealing (thread sealant or teflon tape).
12.
Re-install the oil pipe.
13.
Install the oil tank.
14.
Install the clamp.
Attention: Prevent the part surface being damaged in
the entire process.
