3. For the second, smaller hole, drilling is required to reinforce the rack. Use an electric hand drill to
drill a hole that aligns with second smaller hole. Install the M12x75 external hexagonal bolt full thread
(9), 12 spring washer (7), and 12 large flat washer (8), fitting the bolt through the small hole in the
fixed seat and the drilled hole in the pickup, screwing it into the flat panel mounting plate (5). Repeat
on the other side, tightening securely. See Figure 3:
