In Germany and diverse other European countries you may
alternatively avail yourself or our service contractors for re-
pair or replacement of parts. Please inquire with our Product
management ([email protected]) for possibilities in your
country.
These service partners are bound by a contract with Elektror
and have been trained to service our ATEX blowers. Careful
adherence to the ATEX regulations applicable throughout the
EU, but also to the speci
fi
c requirements we have de
fi
ned as
the manufacturer to enhance the safety of our ATEX prod-
ucts, is guaranteed by our service partners.
Deviations from the procedures required to maintain safety
and health protection or explosion protection on the part of
the customer may lead to loss of warranty and exclusion of
liability by Elektror.
As speci
fi
ed by law, the user is responsible for safety and
health protection during operation as well as for trouble-free
operation.
According to the ATEX directive for explosion protection as
well as the regulations and standards based on it, require-
ments detailing admissible and inadmissible material com-
binations have been published. Inadmissible material com-
binations may render ine
ff
ective any constructive measures
aimed at achieving explosion protection. This may substan-
tially increase the explosion risk entailed in ATEX products.
Spare parts list of non-explosion-protected devices must not
be applied to ATEX appliances and are therefore void.
Recommendation: Use only original spare parts provided by
Elektror as this will enable low-risk replacement.
