7. Auto Programs.
The
ElektraLite eyeBall (5-in-1)
can be set into one of 5 auto programs.
They are labelled Auto 0 through 4.
Use the Menu button to get to Auto. The second line of text will display the current Auto program
loaded into the RAM but not running. To run the program, press Enter. The Auto program number will
be flashing. If the program running is the choice then nothing else needs to be done. If another Auto
program is required, use the
↑
or
↓
key to choose the program. One further change can be made to the
Auto program and that is the speed at which the program moves. A second press of the Enter button
will reveal a new screen. An example of this for Auto Program 2 would be:-
AUTO-02
SP: 01
SP (speed) will be flashing. Use the
↑
or
↓
key to increase or decrease the speed. Once the right speed
is chosen no further button needs pushing.
If a dmx input is plugged in and is active (in other words the dmx controller is turned on), then the Auto
program is “overruled” by the DMX signal. The moment the dmx signal is removed or turned off, the
Auto program returns.
8. Static Look.
The
ElektraLite eyeBall (5-in-1)
can be set to a single static look. Use the Menu button to get to Static.
On the second line of text, it will read
either <Manu C> or <Fix C>.
<Manu C> is Manual Control of all the 5 colors to any level of output required.
<Fix C> is Fixed Colors which are already preprogrammed into the eyeball.
<Manu C>
If the screen reads Static <Fix C> but <Manu C> is required then press Enter so the words <Fix C>
flashes. Then press
↑
. You will now have the <Manu C> option flashing. If you now press Enter again
the screen will read
Manual C
R = 255
R will be flashing. If you wish to change the output of Red (R), then press enter.
The R will stop flashing and now 255 will be flashing. Using the
↑
or
↓
increase or decrease the value of
Red. If the next color requires a change in output press the Enter button again. It will change back to R
flashing and then use the
↑
or
↓
to move to the next color.
Once the last color adjustment is made, the fixture can be left in this mode running the static look. If a
dmx input is plugged in and is active (in other words the dmx controller is turned on), then the static look
is “overruled” by the DMX signal. The moment the dmx signal is removed or turned off, the static look
returns.
(Sidebar:- Setting up the static look to have all led colors at full, is a good as an emergency light setting.
This way when the DMX controller is turned off in an emergency the lights come to full on).
<Fix C>
With Static <Fix C> displayed, press Enter. <Fix C> will flash press enter. The display will now read
<Fix C>
<RGBWA_>
If the
↑
or
↓
keys are used, choices of different colors are displayed. Once the right color combination is
found stop pressing the
↑
or
↓
key. The color is fixed. Once again if a DMX signal is detected the static
look is overruled.
