13. RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY
For direct sales purchases, Electron Wheel™ has a 15 day return policy from the day your unit is
delivered. All returns must be in like new condition and have no more than 50 miles registered.
Our units come with a 1 year limited warranty on the battery, motor, and other components.
Please contact us directly before returning to store.

It is the customer’s responsibility to retain the wheel’s original packaging and to ensure all com-
penents are adequately protected before shipping back. Damage in transit will result in additional
charges.
Each Electron Wheel must be registered using the form on our website at:
https://electronwheel.com/warranty
This registration will be used as evidence of ownership when making a warranty claim.
