8. Troubleshooting
Customer Assistance
If your product is not functioning properly , check the probable causes and corrections. If the suggested
corrections are not sufficient, call the
Local
Service Center.
Probable Causes / Correction
Press the keys and wait for 5 seconds.
W ait until the end of the soak.
Check the plug and the socket where the
product is connected.
Check the electrical circuit, and if necessary,
call an electrician.
Wait for the return of the energy.
Close the lid and press the START/PAUSE key.
Do not use adaptors
or extension cord.
R eplace the socket.
Call an electrician to check the electric al net
voltage in your home.
Check the correct voltage for your product.
Disable the electronic lock of panel keys.
During the delicate washing , the agitation
is slower to not damage the cloth es . Does not
require correction.
Place the hose at a maximum height of
140 cm.
Close the lid and press the START/PAUSE key.
Unfold or clean the drain hose.
Do not let the end of the drain hose stay
submerged when the laundry sink is full.
Press the START/PAUSE key.
The keys ON/OFF and/or START/PAUSE
were not pressed.
The product is in the soak
cycle .
The plug is not properly plugged into the
socket.
The electrical circuit (plug, wires, circuit
breaker) is in bad condition.
Blackout.
The lid of the product is open.
It is
being used with an adaptor o r
extension cord.
The supply voltage is low.
Wrong voltage.
The electronic lock of panel keys is trigged,
see section 1.
The DELICATE washing program was
selected.
The drain hose water is too high.
The product lid is open.
The drain hose is folded or strangled.
The end of the drain hose in the laundry
sink is submerged in water.
The "Pause" option
has been selected
using the SPIN key.
If the product

It was placed more than 20 cm from the
drain hose in the waste outlet.
The outlet hose water was amended.
The drain hose is too low.
Softener too dense.
The "Eco Rinse" option was selected.
Place up to 20 cm of the hose in the waste
outlet.
The drain hose
cannot be amended.
Position the drain hose at a minimum height
of 90 cm.
Dilute softener with a small amount of water.
Do not use this option if you want to use
softener.
