Fitting the carbon filter
Applies only to circulating air operation.
Caution! All four springs must be used to en-
sure effective function.
1. Pull out extension (1).
2. Remove metal filter (5).
3. Insert stop springs (8) at rear right and left on longi-
tudinal side of outlet hole between sheet metal and
plastic case up to stop.
4. Insert detent springs (9) on front on narrow sides
of outlet hole between sheet metal and plastic
case up to stop.
5. First insert carbon filter (10) with seal up, at rear in
stop springs (8), then engage at front.
6. Insert metal filter (5).
Electrical connec−
tion/power supply
Warning! The electrical connection must be
provided by a licenced installation engineer.
Caution! The plug must be accessible after fit-
ting.
A socket must be provided. The length of the connect-
ing cable is approx. 1 m.
A cable type of at least H05RR-F should be provided
if the connecting cable is replaced (spare-part number
375 1515 00).
Installation of an exter−
nal air supply valve
It is possible to install an external air supply valve by
the electrical specialist.
Opening (B) in cover (G) together with the tension re-
lief is provided for connection of an external cable.
Connection by AMP plug 6.3 x 0.8 mm to terminals 5,
N, E and L depending on valve type (permanently line).
