1. Check that the baskets have been loaded
correctly and that the spray arms are free
to rotate.
2. Check that the water tap is opened.
3. Press the On/Off button. The dishwasher
must be in setting mode.
Programme-progress-display is fully on
with a blue light.
4. Press the button corresponding to the re-
quired programme (refer to 'Washing
programmes' chart).
Close the dishwasher door, the pro-
gramme starts automatically.
Programme-progress-display gradually
shows the progress of the washing pro-
gramme.
Setting and starting the programme with
delay start
1. After having selected the washing pro-
gramme, press the delay start button until
the flashing number of hours for the delay
start shows in the digital display.
The start of the selected washing pro-
gramme can be delayed for between 1
and 19 hours.
2. Close the dishwasher door, the count-
down starts automatically.
Only the first LED lamp of the pro-
gramme-progress-display remains on
during the countdown of the delay start.
3. The countdown will decrease with steps
of 1 hour.
4. The opening of the door will interrupt the
countdown. Close the door; the count-
down will continue from the point at
which it was interrupted.
5. Once the delay start has elapsed the pro-
gramme will start automatically.
Warning!
Interrupt or cancel a
washing programme in progress
ONLY if it's absolutely necessary.
Attention! Hot steam may escape
when the door is opened. Open the
door carefully.
Interrupt a washing programme in
progress
• Open the dishwasher door; the pro-
gramme will stop. Close the door; the pro-
gramme will start from the point at which
it was interrupted.
Cancel a delay start or a washing
programme in progress
• Simultaneously press and hold the two
function buttons
B
and
C
until all the pro-
gramme lights come on.
• Programme-progress-display is fully on
with a blue light.
• Cancelling a delay start will also cancel the
washing programme. You have to select
the washing programme again.
• If a new washing programme is to be se-
lected, check that there is detergent in the
detergent dispenser.
End of the washing programme
• The dishwasher will automatically stop and
an audible signal informs you of the end of
the washing programme.
• Programme-progress-display is fully on
with a green light.
1. Open the dishwasher door. The digital
display shows zero.
2. Switch of the dishwasher.
3. Leave the dishwasher door ajar for a few
minutes before removing the dishes. This
way they will be cooler and the drying will
be improved.
Standby mode
If you do not switch off the appliance at the
end of the washing programme, the appli-
ance automatically goes into standby mode.
The standby mode decreases energy con-
sumption.
Three minutes after the end of the pro-
gramme, all indicator lights go off and the
digital display shows one horizontal bar. The
programme-progress-display goes off.
Press one of the buttons (not the on/off but-
ton), to go back to end-of-programme mode.
Unloading the dishwasher
• Hot dishes are sensitive to knocks. The
dishes should therefore be allowed to cool
down before removing from the appliance.
• Empty the lower basket first and then the
upper one; this will avoid water dripping
