Gas hotplates
Operation
• The Gas Hotplate has “Flame Safe Guard” which will cut the
gas supply if the flame is extinguished.
• To ignite, push knob in and turn anti-clockwise to the
“HIGH” mark, sparks are sent to all burners. The knob must be
held in for approximately 5 seconds.
• If the flame goes out when the knob is released simply depress
the knob again and hold it down for the required length of
time. The height of the flame can be varied by turning the
control knob toward the “LOW” position.
• In the absence of electrical power, carry out the ignition
directly to the burner with a hand held ignition source.
