Purple sweet potato is rich in dietary fiber,

sweet potato is next to the blueberry and black
Lycium. It can promote the development of
baby's vision and is a very economical
anthocyanin food.
Flour is rich in protein, carbohydrates,
vitamins, and minerals which are calcium,

magnesium. It is good for the hear, kidney
and spleen. The cabbage is rich in a variety

1 Peel the purple sweet potato and cut into cubes about 1.5cm. Add water into water tank below

handle of pan to make the egg batter to flow naturally until it spread all over the pot bottom. ( cut into
four pieces and then turn it over easily ).

them into water.
2. Chop the onion into pieces, cut the pork into about 1.5 cm cubes, and place them into the stirring
cup to stir until it is mashed.
