Vacuum Calibration
Vacuum calibration must not be performed unless it is absolutely necessary. If there is a
problem with vacuum calibration, please call technical service.
1.
Hoses must be unattached, with adapters connected.
2.
Hoses should be free of refrigerant.
3.
Detach new oil bottle.
4.
Go to main menu.
5.
Press ESC for 5 seconds.
6.
Select VACUUM CALIBRATION and press ENTER.
7.
Vacuum pump will start running.
8.
Wait for the counter to reach zero.
9.
Open new oil valve when LCD displays OPEN NEW OIL VALVE.
10.
Close new oil valve when LCD displays CLOSE NEW OIL VALVE.
Compressor Maintenance
Should be performed when LCD displays CHANGE COMPRESSOR OIL.
1.
Detach the hose from the drier filter to the compressor.
2.
Use new oil bottle to fill in approximately 70 gr of oil with the help of TEST menu.
