3. How do I clean the watch strap?
Please wipe it with a clean damp cloth; add a little bit of alcohol if
the dirt is not easy to remove.
4. Does the radiation of the watch affect children’s health?
The watch has no radiation. Parents should not be concerned about
this issue.
5. Can the battery of the watch explode when affected by high
temperature or while charging?
Compared to the traditional lithium-ion battery, our watch uses
a battery that’s durable and has a higher safety performance.The
gel polymer lithium-ion battery uses a special colloidal electrolyte
which will prevent from explosion as the battery will not produce
air or gas even if the liquid boils. This type of battery showed perfect
