Troubleshooting checklist
1. Check the power supply to the main unit.
2. Check the power supply from the UPS.

Check the LED indicators on the ezeio™.
4. Check the sensor addressing.
5. Check the antenna connection.
6. Check that district heating is being supplied
Transportation/storage
Always handle the substation and sensors with care. Store the substation indoors in a dry place.
DISPOSAL
Dispose of the product as electronic waste.
WARRANTY
El-Björn AB’s products and deliveries are regulated by Standard Agreement NL 09. Under these
provisions, El-Björn AB is responsible for faults arising within one year from delivery. The provisions
of NL09 also apply for professional parties who register according to the instructions below, although
with the following modification: El-Björn AB is liable for faults arising in the unit within five years from
delivery. El-Björn AB is liable for faults arising in batteries and sensors within one year from delivery. In
other respects, the provisions of NL09 apply. To obtain this extended warranty, you must register within
14 days after purchasing the products.
