SOLUTION
The SpO2 and PR can’t be
displayed normally and the value
disappeared
1. Improper SpO2 sensor installation or
incorrect sensor placement on the animal.
2. The animal’s SpO2 is too low to be
detected.
3. The sensor falls off.
4. Bluetooth signal is interrupted.
1. Please attach the proper sensor to the
proper site on the animal and try again.
2. Try again.
3. Please insert the plug of sensor tight.
4. Check the Bluetooth connection and
reconnect.
The SpO2 and PR display instable
1. Sensor placement on the animal is
instability.
2. The measured site is shaking or the animal
is moving.
1. Attach the proper sensor to the proper
site on the animal and read the SpO2
value after the installation is stability.
2. Let the animal keep calm.
The device can’t be powered on
1. The batteries are drained or almost
drained.
2. The batteries are not inserted properly.
3. The device’s malfunction.
1. Change batteries.
2. Reinstall batteries.
3. Please contact the supplier.
The screen is suddenly off
1. The product is automatically powered off
when no signal is detected longer than
10 seconds.
2. Power quantity of the batteries is
exhausted.
1. Normal.
2. Replace batteries.
