•

If the components are badly soiled, the need-

le (f) in the spray gun must also be cleaned

after the basic cleaning process.

•

Do not remove the needle from the spray gun

until you have thoroughly rinsed the spray

gun with cleaning product because otherwise

paint will be drawn into the spray gun and

may render the device useless due to conta-

mination.

•

Unscrew the handle (e) from the spray gun

so that you can remove the needle. Then

open the knurled screw (g) and slowly pull the

needle backwards out of the gun.

•

Ensure that you do not displace or damage

the needle guide and internal components of

the trigger mechanism.

•

Fit the needle after cleaning by following the

above instructions in reverse. Slide the needle

into the spray gun until the needle nozzle (h)

is completely closed.

•

The needle, needle cap and nozzle cap as

well as the complete spray gun are sensi-

tive components. To ensure that they work

perfectly they must always be cleaned and

stored with care.

8.2 Condensed water (Fig. 8)

•

Drain the condensed water from the collec-

tion tank after every use.

•

To do so, press the sealing plug (i) and catch

the condensed water in a container.

Important. The condensed water may contain

residues of paint and cleaning products. Dispose

of it in an environmentally compatible manner at a

suitable collection point.

8.3 Storage

Important.

Pull the mains plug out of the socket and ventilate

the appliance and all connected pneumatic tools.

Switch off the compressor and make sure that it is

secured in such a way that it cannot be started up

again by any unauthorized person.

Important.

Store the compressor only in a dry location

which is not accessible to unauthorized per-

sons. Always store upright, never tilted!

Store the equipment and its accessories out of

children‘s reach in a dark and dry place at above

freezing temperature. The ideal storage tempe-

rature is between 5 and 30 °C. Store the electric

tool in its original packaging.
