10. Troubleshooting
If the equipment is operated properly you should experience no problems with malfunctions or faults.
In the event of any malfunctions or faults, please check the following before you contact your customer
services.

Possible cause
Remedy
Equipment does not
work
Power plug is not connected
The topple cut-out has triggered
The thermostat control is set too low
Overheating guard has been triggered
Switch “I” is not switched on
Connect the power plug
Place the machine on a level surface
Turn the thermostat control to the
right, to a higher temperature
