Within this manual, “the ZAC S 350”, “your ZAC S 350”, “your scooter” and “the scooter” refer to the ZAC S 350 Electric
Scooter. The ZAC S 350 is a personal scooter that uses electrical power. By riding the ZAC S 350 scooter, the user
acknowledges and accepts responsibility for all risks associated with the use of the scooter which may include, but are not
limited to, muscle injuries, broken bones, lacerations, serious injury, and possible death, which may be sustained while using
the ZAC S 350.
