Then, it is necessary to prepare the wrench’s calibration data and the tester. This process consists
of 3 points:
1.
Calculate the wrench’s 20%, 60% and 100% maximum torsion range and
2.
Do a testing to obtain the tester’s values.
3.
In the testing with a determined weight, get the wrench’s value and write it down. Please see the
next image as example:

20%, 60% and 100% of the maximum torque range are calculated for the torque wrench and
the test is carried out to obtain the values of the tester.
It is
necessary to connect the dynamometric wrench in off mode to the computer
. Then, turn it
on and set it in SEND mode.
