QUICK USE GUIDE

Before starting the calibration:

-    the torque wrench must not be loaded.
-    the right end of the torque wrench housing must be at the rear

end of the spindle.

1

Select the torque tester with which the calibration will be performed:

-  COD.57650 Torque tester SQ 1/2''_____35-350 Nm (

POSITION 1)

.

-  COD.57652 Torque tester HEX. 27mm__200-2000 Nm (

POSITION 2)

.

2

Open the safety cover to proceed with the installation of the torque wrench.

Make sure the torque tester is on when calibrating.

For information on torque testers,

see the instruction manuals at

www.egamaster.com

3

.   Place the torque wrench in the position of the torque tester you will be using. The use of

an adapter may be required to connect the square drive of the torque wrench to the tester.

    Place the torque wrench in

POS. 1

to use the 57650 torque tester.

     Place the torque wrench in

POS. 2

to use the 57652 torque tester.

4

.   The torque wrench must be placed in a horizontal position.

Then slide the pusher horizontally so that it is located between the rear part and the handle

of the wrench. It will always be placed at the height of the middle of the handle, which is

where the application point is located to achieve the required torque.

Close the safety cap.

5

.   Make sure

the torque tester to be used is turned on.

6

As you start turning the crank to the right, load the key. The rotation must be continuous

until the torque wrench reaches the selected torque. At that time the torque value on the

tester will be fixed.

After the test is complete, make a note of the test torque value indicated on the torque

tester display.

Turn the crank counterclockwise until the torque wrench is in the free (no load) position.

7

In case of

CCW calibration

, place the tool fig.11 in torque wrench housing at required

position and follow previous procedure for calibration.
