9. TROUBLE-SHOOTING
Critical errors make it impossible to switch on any of the functions.
To find out what these are, consult the “TROUBLE-SHOOTING” table.

CRITICAL
ERRORS
Example
Lack of communication with the internal circuit boards or incorrect database, when a circuit board has been
replaced and the start-up sequence has not been run. In this situation repeat the start-up sequence (see chapter
4.1). If the problem persists, disconnect from the power supply, turn off the water tap upstream of the unit and
call your approved assistance centre or call the company direct.
TROUBLE-SHOOTING
When the system detects a CRITICAL error it is impossible to perform normal operations from the control panel.
The Hammam and colour-therapy sequences cannot be run. Only the White Light will operate, if this is fitted,
unless of course the problem also affects this function. The control panel is only able to operate in “STAND-BY”
and” PANEL ON” modes.
Any faults are signalled by the simultaneous flashing of the icons .
