Avocado cream
Spoon out 1 big ripe avocado, mash it in stages with one apple in the Multiboy (2-3
times)
1 handful dried cocos-chips
5 lemon balm stalks
Squeeze one orange chop with the Multiboy
Stir all the ingredients.
Arrange all the vegetables separately on a plate and spread the avocado cream over it. Each
single salad component will provide you with another taste experience.
You can enjoy the cream just like that or as a refreshing tasty filling
I deliberately renounced the use of salt. If you intend to season the mixture additionally with
e.g. herb salt, you will get a savoury variant.
Thanks to these ingredients you are perfectly provided with acids, sugars, salts & minerals and
oils and this in the best bioavailability, because they are untreated. Thanks to the hight amount
of root crops and tuberous plants, you will get an extra portion of minerals. This earthy, nutritious
salad will saturate either at noon or in the evening.
You are allowed to experiment and you will see that it is big fun!
Yellow filling
250 g sunflower seeds
1 small onion or shallot
2 cloves of garlic chop with the Multiboy
1 packet of dried apricots, unsulphurized
½ small bag of Curry (Indian, 30 g)
a little bit of salt
a little bit of water
Stir all the ingredients until you become a cream, keep it fresh and consume it quickly

White filling
250 g sunflower seeds
1 apple
1 TS white peppercorns
chop with the Multiboy
1 bag of walnuts, approx. 200 g
½ small bag of marjoram
a little bit of olive oil
a little bit of water
Stir all the ingredients until you become a cream, keep it fresh and consume it quickly
