Connecting the electric trimmer
(EFA Trimmer 90E and EFA Trimmer 130E)
Select the location of use of the trimmer so that
the power cable of the electric motor can be laid
upwards without any risk of kinking.
1. Attach the electric motor to the overhead
suspension system
ATTENTION
Device damage!
Comply with the minimum load
bearing capacity of 15 kg
2. Setting up an ergonomic workplace:
The following illustration shows the optimum
distances as determined by S&W.
It may be necessary to adapt these values to
your specific workplace situation.

3. Check whether the electric motor is
switched off.

Connecting the shaft to the motor
Connecting the shaft to the electric motor
1. Insert the hose sleeve (2) of the flexible
shaft into the motor (1)
2. Pull the bushing (3) downwards until the
hose sleeve (2) can be pushed in further
3. Release the bushing (3)
4. Check by pulling lightly that locking
secures the shaft

1. Insert the tappet (1) of the flexible shaft
into the trimmer (2)
2. Press the locking plate (3) and insert the
tappet (1) further until the plug connection
engages
3. Release the locking plate (3)
