Maintenance
Important!
All work must be carried out by
qualified instructed specialist
personnel only.
During operation, it is possible that the function can be disrupted, but in most cases, troubleshooting is
relatively easy.
The malfunctions are listed in Table 9.1 with possible causes and resulting remedies.

The device does not start when the
operating lever is actuated.
Air filter on oil mist lubricator dirty.
Change the air filter.
Hose coupling loose.
Check correct connection of the hoses.
Operating lever cannot be pressed.
Valve spring broken
Valve blocked by dirt.
Return to manufacturer for maintenance.
Handle iced up.
Compressed air pressure set too high.
Regulate to 6 bar.
Device does not start.
Parts of the motor or gear unit are
defective.
Return to manufacturer for maintenance.
Device parts rusted.
Water in supply line.
Oil mist lubricator defective.
Renew oil mist lubricator if necessary or
return to manufacturer for maintenance.
Declining performance.
Blade blunt or worn.
Change or sharpen blade.
Rotor blade of the motor defective.
Return to manufacturer for maintenance.
Unusual heating.
Over- or undergreasing.
Remove grease or re-grease.
Gear unit or bearing wear.
Return to manufacturer for maintenance.
