4.5.2 Connect the electrical supply
WARNING: PROTECTIVE EARTH CONNECTION
Risk of electric shock. Make sure that the pump and electrical cables are suitably
protected against earth (ground) faults. We recommend you attach a protective earth
(ground) conductor (with a cross sectional area of 2.5 mm
2
/14 AWG) to the
protective earth (ground) stud.
Make the electrical connection to the pump mains connector port (
on page 8, (10)) with an appropriate cord set. Refer to
on
page 39.
The pump must be grounded through the conductor of the mains input connector.
4.6 Connection for remote control and monitoring
To operate the pump with parallel or serial control, the 15-way D-type connector must
