INSTALLATION
19. Prepare cable and solder to back of the pins. Look at the back of the ring for the paint mark half way round and
also the top lug on the pin moulding. The top pin is earthed and the other two are the signal switch connections.
20. To reassemble the plug first replace the two pin covers. These are not interchangeable as one locates onto the
lug with the tab on the pin cover.
Note:
The tab at both ends of one pin cover must align with the red dot on the plug body.
21. Carefully slide in pin assembly and position the gripper with the cut out in alignment with the red dot.
22. Replace the cable clamp.
23. The plug may now be fitted to the oil level monitor. Align the two red dots and push the plug home. Ensure the
knurled locking ring has fully locked.
