Reprinting a Certification Label
Go to the System Config and select the “History” option. Then go to the Search screen
and enter in the search criteria for the drive in question. Select the Run Complete record
from the results screen by touching it, then select the “REPRINT” option. Note that the
REPRINT option is only available for drives that have successfully completed an erasure
process. Additionally, multiple certificates may be printed by default by selecting the
number of certificates in the Default Screen.
Ba cking Up and Restoring your Digital Shredder Software
The Update Process automatically creates a backup of the currently installed version
before proceeding with the update process. In the event the Update Process results in an
error, or for any other reason you need to restore your DS-200 to the prior version of the
software, simply go to the Restore Screen. Once you have confirmed that the backup
exists select the “Restore” option (see Figure 29).
