The warranty is not valid in case of corrosion or ano-
malies caused by far too hard water, stray currents and
improper use. To benefit from the free warranty, the
certificate showing that exchanger has been correctly
installed and tested must be properly completed. The
warranty does not cover the cost of installation (crane
or platform) and transport. The data shown on the la-
bel must be communicated every time you ask for as-
sistance.
8. WARRANTY AND MAINTENANCE
The duration of the warranty is of 5 years on the sy-
stem (2 years on electrical resistance, safety valve and
non-return valve) starting from the date of delivery.
To benefit from the free warranty, it is
required to install all components (see
paragraph 5) and to respect water
parameters (see the table below).

Maintenance operations must be carried out only by
qualified professionals, in compliance with applicable
laws and regulations. Italian Law No. 37/2008.
Routine maintenance:
- Check the tightening torque of the fixing bolts and
of the exchanger’s anchoring.
- Control safety valve efficiency.
Maintenance
The absence or the inefficiency of
non-return valve (compulsory for
regulations) must cause damages to
RADIASOL for decompression of the
system. EDN recommends periodic
controls of the non-return valve and
its replacement every 5 years.
