5. ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
Users should arrange for a qualified technician to set up
a two-pole socket with ground, to be positioned after
a key-operated disconnecting switch (or equivalent
disconnection system). Power voltage = 230 V. All
the components should be marked CE (or equivalent
standard applicable in country where the exchanger
is installed), should comply with applicable laws and
should be properly installed and connected. The power
supply line must be protected with a differential relay
to stop the power supply in case of electrical contact to
the ground of the power supply system.

CAUTION: the resistance has to be inserted inside the exchanger in the right slot through the lower cable
gland. Do not forget to check the close fitting of the top cable gland, to avoid water seepage, which could
create irremediable damages to RADIASOL
Insert the resistance with the black
part containing the thermostat inside
the cable gland leaving out just the
red-sheathed end.

VERTICAL installation
RADIASOL must not be installed if the
energy power supply system is not
compliant with the above-mentioned
requirements and with the applicable
laws and regulations.
DANGER. Connecting the exchanger with
different voltages from those specified
may cause the operator’s death or
damages to the system.
DANGER. The frame must always be
connected to the ground line.
DANGER. When replacing the resistance,
RADIASOL must be disconnected from
