11.4 – If the report is to be offloaded, ensure the USB drive is installed and
touch the YES key. If the drive is recognized and there is not an existing copy,
the message will change to “Report Completed Successfully”. Touch the OK
key and the Done key twice to exit out.
11.5 - Should the drive not be installed or recognized, an error message will
display indicating such. Touch the OK key and exit out by touching the Done
key twice until a compatible drive is available.
10.1.6 - If the drive is compatible and installed but a copy already exists, a
message indicating such will appear asking if an overwrite is permissible. If so
touch the YES key and exit, otherwise touch the NO key and exit. Remove the
USB drive and change the existing file name if it is to be retained on the same
drive.
