17. ADVICE FOR POSSIBLE PROBLEMS
In the event of problems, the product automatically performs the shutdown operation.
The display shows the reason (see below).

It is shown if the combustion air intake flow rate
falls below a preset level
Check that the firebox door is closed
Check that regular maintenance has
been performed on the stove
Check that the smoke discharge and
combustion air intake duct are clean.
A02
It is shown if the motherboard does not detect
the correct smoke fan speed
Contact the technician
A03
It is shown if the thermocouple detects a
smoke temperature lower than a set value,
interpreting this as absence of flame
Check that there are enough pellets in
the hopper
Check that the water temperature has
not risen due to some valve being closed
(contact the technician)

A04
It is shown if ignition is not successful within
the set time
Distinguish between the following two
cases:
The flame has NOT appeared:
Make sure that the crucible is in the
correct position and check that it is clean
Check for the presence of pellets in the
hopper and in the crucible
Try lighting with a solid ecological lighter
(contact the technician first and follow
the
instructions
of
the
lighter
manufacturer
very
carefully).
The
operation should be considered as a test
only, under the guidance of the
technician.

Switch-off due to broken air flow rate sensor
