This unit is equipped with a temperature alarm. The alarm will sound and
the temperature display will flash under the following conditions:

- The door has been left open for more than 60 seconds.
- There has been a lengthy interruption to the power supply.
- The ventilation opening is covered or there is a large build-up of

Sabbath Mode

This unit is equipped with Sabbath mode for the observance of religious
holidays. This mode turns off the display, interior light and the alarm.

To enable Sabbath mode, press and hold the

 and

buttons for five (5) seconds. The indicator light will flash four (4) times,

Silent Mode

By default, this wine and beverage cooler is in Silent Mode, which is very
energy efficient and minimizes the unit

’s noise output. In this mode, the

internal fans are turned off. If you plan to store wine long-term, it is
imperative that the temperature and humidity inside the wine zone stay
consistent. To accomplish this, this unit is also programmed with a
Dynamic Mode option. In Dynamic Mode, the unit uses powerful fan

forced air circulation for even cooling. Press and hold the

 for

approximately five (5) seconds to enter Dynamic Mode. The unit will beep
five (5) times to confirm it is in Dynamic Mode. To change back to Silent

Mode, press and hold the

key for five (5) seconds. The unit will

beep three (3) times to confirm it is back in Silent Mode.

Allow at least 24 hours
before storing your
beverages to allow the
temperature to acclimate.
