Clearing Phone Settings
You can clear all phone settings and reset them to factory default values. There is
also an option to retain network settings, but clear all others.
To clear phone settings, follow these steps:
1. Press the Left Soft Key to select the menu and then use the Navigation key
to scroll down and select “Settings.”
2.
From the Settings menu, select “General.”
3. From the General Settings menu, select “Reset.”
4.
Choose to clear all settings or keep only network settings and then press
the Left Soft Key.
5.
Confirm the reset by pressing the Left Soft Key. Wait while the phone resets
to default values. After the “Reset Complete” message is displayed, the
phone returns to the General Settings menu.
