Battery Indicators
Charging status indicators can have one of five states:

Indicators are set off for up to 1 minute when the instrument is turned on.
Note
In the event that the Ectane 2 shuts down because of low battery power or
overheating, the instrument automatically starts again once the shutdown
condition clears.
Off
When the following two conditions are
met:
No external power is present
Instrument is off
Green is solid
Battery is fully charged
Orange is solid
Battery charging
Orange is blinking
Instrument shutdown due to low battery
power
Orange-green blinking
Instrument shutdown due to
overheating
