Maintenance
Clean and Lubricate Wheels on Rolling Table
•
During daily visual inspection, check to be sure the wheels on
the rolling table move smoothly and that there is no debris in the
wheel groove.
•
Lubricate the wheels as necessary.
•
Replace damaged or worn wheels.
Inspect and Clean Air Filter:
(Picture above shows fi lter element).
• Check
air
fi lter
at least
once daily.
•
Dirt build up on the fi lter will cause excessive motor wear and overheating.
• To
clean
fi lter loosen the screw holding the band in place, remove the band and
fi lter, wash in mild soapy water and let air dry. When dry coat the end of the
fi lter with a light coat of light oil.
• Reinstall the fi lter back on to the motor and tighten the bad securely.
