INSTRUCTION MANUAL
INSTRUKCJA MONTAŻU
Despite the highest efforts taken by the manufacturer in terms of failure-free operation of the device, some
malfunctions may occur during its use. The table below shows how to proceed in case of failure:
No. Symptoms
Possible cause
Solution
1
The device does not
dispense the liquid in a
continuous way
The 5-liter liquid tank is
empty
Fill up with disinfectant (see section 7
of the manual)
The nozzle supply hose is
bent
Check the entire length of the hose
for twists and bends. In addition,
check that after tightening the cap
on the 5l container, the hose reaches
the bottom of the container.
The system is airlocked
If, after opening the door, you can
see that there are air bubbles in the
hose coming out of the 5l tank, you
should vent the system (see section
12 of the manual)
The device is disconnected
from the power supply
Check if the photocell in the recess
lights up red. If it does not, check the
connection of the power supply or
the battery (see sections 10 and 11 of
the manual). If the photocell lights up
red and the device does not dispense
any liquid, and the selected
power mode is the batteries, they
must be replaced with new ones.
Additionally, check if the "Battery"
power mode was not selected by
mistake when powered from 230V
network, and vice versa
.
Dosage is set to minimum
Check that the knob of the dosage
controller is not set to "0" or
minimum. If necessary, increase the
dosage (see section 13 of the
manual)
2
The device dispenses the
liquid with
interruptions. The
device operates
unstable. The photocell
detects hands in an
accidental way.
Power supply failure
If the device is operated in the "12V"
power supply mode, test the
operation of the device on batteries
(see section 10 of the manual). If the
device works better when powered
from the
batteries, the power
supply failure can be confirmed.
