ProCheck
to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This
allows Decagon’s repair staff to keep track of your ProCheck. Once
you have acquired an RMA, send your ProCheck to Decagon. Please
include a document listing the complete shipping address, name, and
department of the person responsible for the instrument, as well as a
description of the problem. This helps our technicians and shipping
department to expedite servicing on your ProCheck.
Please pack your ProCheck carefully. Ship it back in the carrying
case, preferably inside a cardboard box. Ship to:

Repair Costs
Decagon repairs products with manufacturer’s defects and those un-
der warranty at no cost to the customer. For non-warranty repairs,
we bill the customer for the cost of parts, labor, and shipping.
