Timing Mode (Auto)
This item allows you to set up the DRAM timing manually or automatically. This
item is set to [Auto] by default. When setting to [Manual], the following items are
adjustable.
Memclock index value or Limi (DDR2 400)
When DDR Timing Setting by is set to Manual, use this item to set the DRAM
frequency.
SPD Checksum Restart (Ignore)
This item is used to exit or ignore SPD Checksum restart when SPD checksum fail.
DQS Training Control (Perform DQS)
DQS training is used to place the DQS strobe in the center of the data eye.
CKE base power down mode(Enabled)
This item enables or disables the CKE base power down mode.Used to switch
memory into and out of self-refresh/power-down modes.
CKE based powerdown (Per Channel)
This item enables or disables CKE base power down control.
Memclock tri-stating (Disabled)
This item enables or disables memclock tri-stating function.
Memory Hole Remapping (Enabled)
Auto Optimize Bottom IO (Enabled)
This item is used to set the Auto Optimized Bottom IO.
Bottom of [31:24] IO space (CO)
This item is used to set Bottom of [31:24] IO space.
Bottom of UMA DRAM [31:24] IO (FC)
This item is used to set UMA DRAM [31:24] IO.
• (Twr) Write Recovery Time (6 bus clocks): Use this item to specify the
Write to Read delay.
This item enables or disables users to set DRAM timing.
• TwTr Command Delay (3 bus clocks): Use this item to specify the
Write to Read delay.
• Trfc 0/1/2/3 for DIMM 0/1/2/3 (75ns): Use this item to specify the Row
refresh cycle time.
• (Trtp) Precharge Time (2 clocks): Use this item to specify the Precharge
Time.
• (Trc) Row Cycle Time (26 bus clocks): Use this item to specify the
Row Cycle Time.
• (Tcl) CAS Latency # (3): This item determines the operation of SDRAM
DDRII Timing Item (Disabled)
Memory Hole Remapping (Enabled)
Remaps the memory used by the BIOS (A0000 to FFFF - 384 k) above the 1 Mb
limit. If enabled you cannot shadow Video and System BIOS.
