Using BIOS
SuperIO Device (Press Enter)

Onboard FDC Controller (Enabled)
This option enables the onboard floppy disk drive controller.
Onboard Serial Port 1 (3F8/IRQ4)
This option is used to assign the I/O address and interrupt request (IRQ) for
onboard serial port 1/2 (COM1/2).
Parallel Port Mode (ECP) (Optional)
Enables you to set the data transfer protocol for your parallel port. There are four
options: SPP (Standard Parallel Port), EPP (Enhanced Parallel Port), ECP (Ex-
tended Capabilities Port) and ECP+EPP.
ECP Mode Use DMA (3) (Optional)
When the onboard parallel port is set to ECP mode, the parallel port can use DMA
3 or DMA 1.
Onboard Parallel Port (378/IRQ7) (Optional)
This option is used to assign the I/O address and interrupt request (IRQ) for the
onboard parallel port.
Init Display First (PCI Slot)
Use this item to specify whether your graphics adapter is installed in one of the
PCI slots or is integrated on the motherboard. If a PCI graphics card is installed,
the onboard VGA will be disabled.
Surroundview (Disabled)
This item allows you to enable or disable Surroundview function. Surroundview
TM
provides the power and convenience of multiadapter, multimonitor support for
computers that use an AGP or PCI-E based graphics card in conjunction with
ATI integrated graphics processors.
Onboard LAN Controller (Enabled)
Use this item to enable or disable the Onboard LAN.
Press <Esc> to return to the main BIOS setting page.

Users please note that if the mainboard without the print port, when you
enter the “SuperIO device” in the BIOS setting, these three items
Onboard Parallel Port/Parallel Port Mode/ECP Mode Use DMA are
unavailable and you cannot make any changes to them.
