How To Make Canna-toffee?
Preparation:
• Put all your sugars in a heavy pot, using a candy
thermometer allow that to reach 110F
• Add your cannabutter, then add your heavy cream.
This may splash a little bit, so be very careful
• After this, you want to cook it using a candy
thermometer until it reaches the hardball stage, which
is around 300F to 310F
• If you wanted to make these caramels, you could just
do it at the softball stage, which is around 250F
• Get a pan with parchment paper and lay everything
from your pot in that line.
• You can add chocolate chips or anything you would
like on top. The chocolate will melt eventually, and you
can spread it across the entire mixture. Also, add nuts
or whatever you desire.
• Allowed to cool
• And enjoy breaking up your pieces of edible goodness!

• One stick of infused
butter
• 2 cups of sugar, with
options of regular sugar
and canna sugar
• One cup light corn syrup
• Half a cup of whipping
cream
