Connecting to the smartphone
When switched on, the detector starts immediately
connecting to the smartphone with which data
communications have been performed successfully. At this
point, the dedicated software should be running on the
smartphone.
In case of a failed connection with this smartphone
(e.g. the smartphone is outside the range of the detector’s
Bluetooth radio interface), the detector is searching for the
smartphone with a Bluetooth name starting with the
“CHECKPOINT” symbols.
If that smartphone is found, an attempt is made to
connect to it.
