CAUTION!
The required valve control pressure must be at least 0,5 MPa (5 bar).
The compressed air must be free of moisture and oil, otherwise the
features of the glues would be significantly modified.

It should be ensured at first ever charging of the metering unit that the product reaches
the spraying valve with no bubbles contained in it. For this reason, the spraying valve
must be
held vertically upward
while the
‘MAN’
button or (in continuous operating
mode) the foot switch is actuated simultaneously.
Continue conveying approx. 1 cm³ after the product escapes from the spraying valve.
For spray application, the control unit should be reset to Automatic mode of operation and
the required metered quantity set by modifying metering time.
4.2.1.1 Multiline 1000

Put the reservoir bottle into the pressure tank.

Put on the cover and screw up using the locking screws, ensuring that the riser pipe
reaches up to the bottom of the bottle.

The metering unit can now be connected with the compressed air network.

Use the tank pressure regulator to set the pressure required for the delivery of the
metering medium. The pressure depends on the viscosity of the metering medium.

When the unit is being filled for the first time, make sure that the
metering medium reaches the application tip without forming any
bubbles. Therefore the metering valve must be held vertically
upwards, while the ‘MAN’ switch or the foot switch (in continuous
operating mode) is simultaneously operated.
As soon as the metering medium emerges from the tip, feed a further quantity of
approx. 1 cm3 glue.
6.
For
‘drip’
discharge, change the applicator unit over to the automatic operating mode
and set the drop size by changing the application time.
