8. Maintenance & Trouble shooting
Service may only be carried out by authorized and qualified personnel.
8.1. Handle/adaptor
It is recommended to lubricate the o-ring of the handle regularly (approx. once a week) with waterproof grease
to prevent leaks and damage of packings.
8.2. Cleaning of the unit
We recommend cleaning the unit after each use (weekly).
8.3. Trouble shooting and Remedy
Fault Cause Remedy
No suction of biocides • No air supply
• Faulty nozzle or drain adapter
• Check air supply
• Check air supply hose
• Change the drain adaptor
• Clean the drain adaptor and nozzle for
debris
• Check the nozzle for damages
• Check the o-ring at the nozzle, replace if
damaged
• Make sure that the nozzle and the drain
adapter is screwed tight together.
Not able to reach 6 bar on
pressure gage
• The air supply is insuf -
ficient
• Remove any additional air supply hoses
• Check air supply hose for debris
• Ensure air hoses have no leaks
• Make sure the air supply meets the
requirement listed in the specification
